The Tournament is managed by the North Region of the Professional Golfers’ Association and is played under R and A Rules of Golf, PGA Rules and local rules of Castletown Golf Links as supplied by the PGA.

Each team consists of one professional and three amateurs, all of whom must be in possession of a current handicap certificate, which must be produced at the start of the Competition.
